1) Beans

kidney, pinto, navy, black and other types of beans are rich in nutrients and high in fiber and high in calories. If we use it in our daily meal it improves our beta cells.

2) Dark Green Leafy Vegetables

Spinach, collard greens, mustard greens, kale and other dark, leafy green veggies are nutrient-dense, low in carbohydrates.

Try to eat too much you can’t i think, these vegetables really good for health.

3) Citrus Fruit:

Berries has antioxidant, vitamins and lot of fiber. Choose fresh or frozen for salads, smoothies or cereal.

6) Tomatoes

Enjoy this low-calorie super food raw or cooked. Serve sliced, steamed, broiled or stewed, as a side dish, in salads, soups, casseroles or other dishes.

Pearled barley, oatmeal, breads and other whole-grain foods are high in fiber and contain nutrients such as magnesium, chromium, folate and omega 3 fatty acids.

“you can’t eat a whole bag of almonds or walnuts,” but use little everyday

The fiber-rich fraction of fenugreek seeds can lowered blood sugar levels in people with diabetes, and to a lesser extent, for lowering blood cholesterol. Additionally, the soluble fiber content of fenugreek may play a role in aiding weight control.

Impotent: A typical dose range is 5 to 30 g three times per day with meals. Known side effects of high doses include mild digestive distress. Fenugreek should not be used by pregnant or nursing women.
