Check your blood sugar levels before and after walking as it is required to avoid low blood sugar and high blood sugar.
When out on a long walk, it is wise to check your blood sugar levels at regular intervals, especially if you are new to walking.

When walking and do exercise, stay aware how you are feeling. Because sweating is symptoms of Hypoglycemia and It is difficult to tell whether you are sweating from exertion or hypoglycemia.
